Return policy

You may return new items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay domestic returns shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) In this case please inform us asap after receiving your item.

To complete your return, we need to know the name your order is under and the order number when you contact us to allow us to process it quickly.

Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us, we need to process it and let you know exact address where to send the goods, we have more return points for different cases.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
